Coinbase wire not reversed - Over 7 business days

So, on 11/29/17 I sent a 30,000 wire to coinbase from my business account. 

On 11/30/17 I received an email from them saying that since it was from my business account, they are reversing it and it will take up to 7 business days.  (Subsequently, they changed my account to my business name...but still didn't credit the wire.)

It has now been 8 business days and I haven't received my $30k back.  I've emailed, submitted support tickets, tried to call. 

Has this happened to anyone else?

How did you get it resolved?

If you did get your money back, how long did it take?

Wow, yes literally the same thing happened to me down to the dates. Nov 29, I sent a 3k USD wire to them, Nov 30 got an email that the wire will be reversed. Still nothing in my bank account 12 days later. Calling them was useless as I couldn't even get a person, email has been useless as the message I received seems to be automated and doesn't even answer my issue. Please let me know if and how you get this resolved.

I deposited like $6 eth about a day ago. They got it but balance reads 0. Odd, since withdraws go thru fine
