For many transactions viewable on the blockchain.info site, there will be a network propagation map with a single red flag location on it. (I am not referring to the global network propagation map with lots of flagged locations.) Does the single location on the transaction page represent the location of one of the parties to the transaction, or is it someone else running the client that confirmed the transaction? Or someone else?

Thanks.
