I wonder could this double spend be ever confirmed?

First one I sent from my Mycelium and it wasn't confirmed for a few days and then I decided to make another transaction and it went through very fast!

AFAIK, it will never confirmed since the new one already confirmed, the unconfirmed one will be invalid and dropped or forgotten by network.
