The only issue is you have a new account and it would be good if you could be more transparent about the transaction procedure such as where and how you intend to pay for the 50 to 100 btc. Obviously it would be good and safe to transact inside one of the Sparkasse or main German banks to check and verify the money.

There is also the issue of safety. As you might have heard, there were incidents of people meeting up and being mugged and assaulted by a group of people, forced to transfer the bitcoins.

Erm no offence but why would you bother posging this here? 50-100BTC is possible to buy, although it will be in small bits at a time, but every week!? You just need to go with an exchange or it's going to be a huge pain in your ass to constantly get these.

50 to 100 BTC per week is indeed doable through major exchanges such as Bitstamp but you will need to pass their KYC/AML requirements which takes time. Then of course you have these German banks which traditionally restrict payments for bitcoin-related transactions. They usually err on the safe side and decline the transaction and ask for a pile of documents. Especially for 100 BTC or something like EUR 350,000. Lots of questions for sure.

Cash is just as suspicious and worrying. It will be difficult to find someone willing to meet at a Hauptbahnhof to do the deal.

I've posted this here because, why not, it cost me nothing.
I tried to find someone for this in localbitcoins.com, but no luck. One guy was claiming he can do 100btc every week and when I went to meet him, I traveled 300km, he told me that he can get me 100btc but I need to give him cash upfront... Rest of them don't have such a possibilities.

There is not much to talk about, I don't wanna involve any banks any bureaucracy bulls**t, easy and simply, we agree on price ill pay in cash and we are all happy. Isn't that point of bitcoins, money that no one can control, we all want this when taking bitcoin.
Also this is kind of private thing, so don't ask to much questions. Especially questions like this: Where you get this money, why you need this and so on. One who will sell btc to me, I will make sure everything's fine and transparent.

I don't believe anyone rich enough to buy 100 Bitcoin per week from honest money would create a post like this. If you want to spend a few million euro on Bitcoin, you can easily do it through several legit channels.
That leaves 2 options:
1. you're going to rob someone
2. you're laundering money

The only people who are going to trade with you, will have the exact same plans:
1. they are going to rob you
2. they are laundering money

I'm trying to make terms that suit buyer and seller so we can get closer to agreement and make this trade possible with no other plans, just trade.

Since you've created this thread, Bitcoin has gone up in value fourfold. It doesn't matter to you of course that you get 75% less Bitcoin for your money.

Layer is not a buyer, he will just handle transaction between btc owner and the buyer....

Can you tell me what is point of your replies? What are you trying to find, just tell me I will help you find! You wanna do the trade? Let'e do it!
Maybe is this to hard for you to understand but not all legit businesses are going to look like you go to store and buy apples, maybe some times is better to buy it from farmer and collect them from tree.
