Help with setup PoSe/MasterNodes on my Blockchain

Hi,

I am looking for somebody who can get me more information on setting up PoSe/Masternodes construction on my ''blockchain''.

So I want to create a Masternode Network and I want users to be able to set up Masternodes and register on the Masternode network.

Any help is appreciated
