Should I invest in Zabercoin or similar projects?

Hi. Is there someone who knows about Zabercoin. Is this a good investment? I became very interested because they back crypto with real estate. Never seen anything like that before. I think crypto is too volatile, but real estate behind its value can make crypto more stable and the growth would still give good returns because it's real estate. It always gave good ROI. I think in the long term it will be good. They plan to invest in developing countries. There is a lot of potential for growth and GDP grows faster there. Any thoughts on this ICO? Any similar projects maybe?
