How to Sell/Trade/Use Soferox safely?

So Some months ago I participated in a campaign of Soferox.
Got myself 325 Soferox balance. (Est value $58.50).
But first of all, i have no idea on how to Use them.  Meaning.. which websites and such accept this kind of  Currency.
How to trade them for BTC, or how to sell them.
and how to follow a safe procedure so i don't get scammed away.
Any mistakes I made in my words, Correct me and enlighten me!
