Hi guys im a casual user on this blog, so this is my case ordering for first time from bitmain

I placed my order on october for a december batch 1-10 december L3+  at this time i havent recieved any shipmen confirmation or tracking my status is PAID VALID UNSHIPPED

I already opened 3 tickets and got no response    Huh Huh

Im really concerned about my ROI and now about my money  anyone happened this before?



update  14/12  sTILL not answers from bitmain they dont answer my tickets yet please how can i proceed how can i contact them?

I ordered oct 31 for the December 1-10 l3+ batch and have no shipping confirmation yet either but I did open a ticket on the 11th and got a response the next day saying they were preparing the shipment for me but 4 days later still nothing. I would suggest only opening 1 ticket at a time and try not to spam them with multiple tickets or emails. I imagine they are just really backed up with their production since these sold out within hours from the high demand. I don't believe they are a scam because plenty of other people have got their miners from them delivered just fine just be patient.

I got the later December batch and currently, UPS is shipping the L3+ to me. I was given the tracking ID's when they departed from China, so this might be an issue isolated to the Dec 1-10 batch.

i got a reply from them regarding my shipping ASAP but no tracking info yet....

This is a joke people from late december batch getting sooner asics, we all know this is a time business crucially for ROI,  at least hope we are getting problem solved

You are lucky. I ordered a few L3+ from December 11 to 20 batch but I received no update so far. I will give them several days before contacting them.

Guys thanks for the comments while waiting.... i got my order shipped now just waiting to arrive, hope you can solve yours only i can recommend i  made a ticket every morning till they solved me, anyways one of their support *chloe* was really kind and give me a solution Smiley

Just as an update: mine arrived this afternoon.

Unfortunate (and absolutely ridiculous) that the earlier batch would arrive later, but at least yours is sorted out. I mean, come on, Bitmain. Get your shit together.
