Now that the platform has officially launched, here are a few key points briefly laid out to explain why Woodfine is so unique in the market:



Woodfine Capital Partners has some extremely unique features:


-Perpetual equity returns, you decide how long to hold the unit, not the fund manager, because you own the LP unit. Woodfine believes it's your money, and you should be the one that decides what happens to it, not the fund manager.

-Private wealth compliant, which also allows Woodfine to issue debentures (fund bonds) into the market to build the developments. Being CUSIP registered allows him to do this, and it also allows the fund units to be sold to private wealth institutions such as JP Morgan, Bank of America, etc. This is a 8/10 on the huge scale.

-Aligned interests. Woodfine only does well on returns when the investor does.

-Fully transferrable units. Being private wealth compliant allows the world of private equity to go to retail, and that means that the fund units are fully transferrable. Other funds will lock you out of the opportunities after the fund expires, whereas with Peter Woodfine's fund you own the LP units yourself, they last for the life of the building, and you can sell anytime.

-$500 billion in the crypto market is having a problem "cashing out". Peter Woodfine's fully transparent public reporting issuer fund allows the investor to easily cash out into the banking system once their money is in the fund LP units. This is a huge problem in crypto, where people with net worth of $4 or $14 million can only cash out at $10,000 a day., or other similar restrictions across various countries. Woodfine units welcome funds with legitimate origins for LP unit purchases at $250,000,  common share allocation blocks of $10,00, or can be pooled from smaller investment amounts, being a truly versatile fund.

-If you own your own LP unit at $250k, you have full control of when to enter and exit the investment. Same thing with common shares, though those units are in blocks of $10k a piece in Canadian dollars. If pooled, you are grouped with other investors, and decisions regarding cashing out is made once 2/3rds of investors in that group decide to cash out of the unit. The 2/3rd of the investors have drag along rights to force the other 1/3rd of investors to sell that particular LP unit, at which point the investment is liquidated and investors receive their returns.

All this, and you get a 300% return on investment after 8 years in the fund, and you can remove your original capital after the 8 year period and still remain invested into the fund after the 8th year. Blackstone and other funds don't even come close to letting you do this. This is how the rich get richer, and now this is accessible to investors in the crypto universe that want to protect their hard-won gains. The dot-com bubble didn't last forever, and those who took out a portion of their gains into safe yielding assets did better than those who went long into the swirling end of the dot com bubble. Yes, .dot com eventually prevailed with technology, but it left a lot of empty companies like pets.com along the way before the industry was further refined to reflect the multi-billion dollar companies you see today that didn't exist in 2000. The refining of an industry ultimately results in some early-stage companies getting completely washed out while the technology reaches a maturation point. In the meantime, for those that retain their capital into yielding assets over the long term will emerge with their capital intact and in good shape.

There's also some special update details regarding Cocobay:

-Cocobay Danang also features a 20 year condotel investment program that is a profit sharing play banking on increasingly high levels of tourists coming to Vietnam. The country is experiencing a 28% YoY rise in tourism numbers, emerging as one of the Top 7 fastest growing tourism destinations in the world, with next year's GDP possibly outpacing GDP of China. So you own a constant share of revenue coming from future tourists. This is like investing in the Bangkok tourism scene in 1995 and witnessing the amazing growth of the tourism sector over the next 20 years. Now the same thing is happening in Vietnam.

-Cocobay Danang has a special 12%/year minimum guarantee on investment for an 8 year period, and allows a 90% share of revenue to the investor for the first 10 years, and an 80% share of revenue to the investor for the 10 years after that.

Regarding Marine City, there are also some new updates:

-The shopping mall and trade center are up for land sale. That means the sky is the limit regarding design and implementation once the investors buy the land plot. Prices are currently 20 million VND per square meter.

-Villas are at 7 billion VND, which is roughly $300,000 a villa.

Returns are less known , as there was a 12% annual returns guarantee from the developer- but only for early stage investors.
