ive seen these sites where you can generate a paper wallet i have a digitalcoin paper wallet in my recents so this will do for example http://digitalcoin.co/paperwallet.html

(please find me a bitcoin paper wallet generator)

So I have no idea use it but here are my guesses.
1 It generates a address and you send coins so that address. (y/n?)
2 it generates a privkey. where to i import this private key? the debug console window (y/n?)

so maybe i understand it a little i just want another persons confirmation to make sure i do it right before i risk my coins

thanks!

You might need to use:

walletpassphrase [Your_Passphrase] [seconds]

Replace [You_Passphrase] with your actual pass for this wallet (sorry for being obvious)
And [seconds] with the time you think will be sufficient to import your p key. During that time, your wallet will be "unencrypted". 60 or 120 seconds should be more than enough.

Use this before importing, either as a bitcoind switch or in the bitrcoin-qt debug console.

If this still fails, you might already have the key in your wallet.

[OVER] RIDDLES 2nd edition --- this was claimed. Look out for 3rd edition!
I won't ever ask for a loan nor offer any escrow service. If I do, please consider my account as hacked.

bitaddress.org for bitcoin paper wallets.

And to import a private key you can just use the bitcoin-QT menus. There is an option for importing private key there.
