Bleutrade Withdrawal Fees

I recently started mining MONA and I'm using Bleutrade to exchange them for BTC. I got about $34 worth of BTC and wanted to transfer it to another exchange. But I realized Bleutrade wants .001 BTC for the transaction. That's over half of the funds!! Why such an outrageous fee??

Is there another exchange for MONA-BTC I could be using?

I was going to use Bittrex but they also have a .001BTC withdrawal fee. What's going on? Why do they do that?
