Could somebody get me to know how to do bitcoin transactions with a paper wallet (just address + private key printed on paper)?

You just need to send the btc to the public address.
If you want to send money from the paper wallet, you need to import the private key on internet and send the btc afterwards.

If you want to send money from the paper wallet, you need to import the private key on internet and send the btc afterwards.

Or use the "Console" in the "Debug Window" of Bitcoin-Qt and build/send your transaction with the commands:

createrawtransaction
signrawtransaction
sendrawtransaction
wachtwoord
