Will Crypterium Tokens have Any Value?

Promising to be an international bank, Crypterium is selling tokens in an "ICO" (whose current bonus ends in 8 hours). This is not a cryptocurrency per-se; these tokens would not be used like a currency, but are required in processing transactions (although I don't understand it completely, to be honest). My question is this, does anyone have an opinion on whether the Crypterium tokens will have significant value? The Website/ICO can be seen here: https://tokensale.crypterium.io
