I'm unable to reset the AntMiner S9. I'd like to get it set up, but I can't seem to do a factory reset after following the instructions.

I got a new AntMiner S9 and attempted to update the firmware. After updating, it doesn't seem to be showing a green "normal" light, although all other lights are green, or blinking as expected. I have no fault light on. The ethernet cord appears to be blinking as expected on both ends.

I was able to get it to connect to my pool, and then I (ignorantly) followed the directions for updating the firmware. I installed the one from

https://s3.cn-north-1.amazonaws.com.cn/shop-bitmain/download/Antminer-S9-all-201704270135-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz

That appeared to go smoothly, but when it restarted, it was no longer reporting the IP address, and I cannot reach the webpage.

I've attempted to reset the device, but that doesn't appear to do anything. What should I do next? I'm grateful for any suggestions!

I've attempted resetting it using the reset button, and I've also attempted to do the factory reset using the IP report button. I'm still unable to see it on the network, although all the appropriate lights are on.

Is it possible to do a SD reset on a S9?

Are there any particular settings I need to be aware of regarding the network it is connected to?
