Hi everyone,

I am considering an ICO launch for a small micro bank that will focus exclusively on asset based loans.  I am eager to get the input and obtain feedback from this community so the ICO can happen on the best terms possible.

My experience:
I have been providing private business loans for over six years.

If I do go ahead with the ICO.

It will be under the following conditions:

Minimum raise 2.5 million to cover the capital requirements for small banks  in addition to operational costs.

Road map: Maximum 12 months this is typically how long it takes for the FCA and the PRA to authorise bank applicants that meet their standards.

Escrow: All funds will be held in escrow and will be released once it is required by the FCA and the PRA.

Terms of the offering:
I anticipate that the ICO will be structured as a dividend paying token.

I am eager to gain feedback for this project and work with the community.

So I am open to modifying the offering terms and taking advice on escrow recommendations.

Please feel free to ask any questions.
