Stop loss together with Selling order

I have tried to configure a such trading but so far I'm not able to.

Let me explain on example:

Lets say I have just bought 1 ETH. I'd like to set a stop loss for 1 ETH in case it goes down to much but on the same time I'd like to set an selling order in case it will go up. Is there a way to do that? Everytime I try to set any order the cash is being frozen and I'm not able to set the other one.
