Good day to you. I need to code 1 page for desktop and mobile from PSD to HTML with Bootstrap 3 and FontAwesome. Mostly CSS stuff, except for one carousel.

You'll have server-side LESS (latest version) at your disposal. Templates and layouts are Mustache format.
