Greetings,

I have a small mining farm (picture/s included), which includes an array of 6 Block Eruptor Cubes 30/38 Gh/s ASIC miners. I know they are all "working" as far as boards/chips/all other parts are concerned (I mined quite a few BTC with them). I have NO problem accessing each units config page using the attached NETGEAR router which uses the 192.168.x.x subnet to change ANY and ALL settings. XFINITY provides their modems (with built in router and switch/hubs) pre-configured for the 10.x.x.x subnet (i.e. to access the routers Web GUI you type 10.1.1.1). I KNOW I can change over my entire network to use 192.168.1.254 but it is ONE not convenient for me at this point with my current infrastructure and TWO I do not see ANY reason why once I have changed the Block Eruptors IP to say 10.0.0.200 that I can't fire up the stratum proxy (configured for Slushpool which I use and ALWAYS used successfully) and start mining. But alas I can NOT get the miners to fire up... ANY and ALL information would be much appreciated. I have DONE as much research as I can to no avail (a LOT). I have to imagine I am not the only one who is or has done the same thing I am trying to do. These worked for years. The only thing that changed is that I DO use the Xfinity provided modem/router (rather than before when I used a CISCO DOCSIS 3 modem and NETGEAR router loaded with DD-WRTG. If you look at the picture ALL of the little Antminers AND the two Butterfly labs miners are running just fine (using BFGMiner). ANY and ALL suggestions, instruction and questions are welcome. I have searched EVERY part of this forum to NO AVAIL. I used THIS FORUM when I originally purchased the Cubes to set them up and work out any kinks. Can I use the attached router and use the 192.x.x.x settings??? Does the stratum proxy software still even work??? (no I do NOT and never did setup a cloud mining pool with these).

Thanks in advance!!!

Sell the cubes on eBay and buy an Antminer S3 to replace the hash.  You'll be money ahead.  For some reason, those cubes go for $150 on eBay - and an S3+ will cost you $200.  So you'll trade approximately 1.5 cubes for an S3+ and your hash rate will be higher.

Slush has a new version of mining_proxy.exe on his site.  You have to look for it.  It's still supported.

I wouldn't bother spending time mucking with the lame software on those cubes.  Change one thing at a time though if you continue.  Change the IP address, and reboot.  Connect to the new IP and change the next setting, reboot.
