I have read people talking like this even before I can't understand that they have to tell that "the best way to quit is not to gamble at all" what's the sense of saying that if you are not even associated with gambling for not gambling at all? I know gambling addiction is like other addictions that's hard to stop, time will come that you'll just realize that you have to do something and just stop it according to your plan.

Either if you want to swallow it or not, it is the truth because the best way to quit is just to stop gambling. leave everything and never come back again, that is the truth that you need to know.
