I can see Bitcoin surpassing $20k before the first quarter of this year. With sharp increases, corrections are likely though but hopefully they balance out and the trend is continual growth overall.

What will happen to the commissions for transfers if bitcoin will costs 40k? If will not be introducing any improvement in technology, then the numbers will be absurd. Although I consider the current level of commissions to be absurd.

Yes I agreed, $20,000 is not a problem for Bitcoin. In fact, I am expecting Bitcoin to reach at least $50,000 by end of this year.

I also agree that bitcoin is reach $20,000, i think in this month they reach that amount. Anyways, the reason why because if you can see the value now is increase. Bitcoin was very close to that just some time ago so it is obvious we are going to reach that eventually, right now that is the new milestone for bitcoin and think we may reach that in the first quarter of this year, I'm being conservative since many think bitcoin will reach more than that, but I prefer to make more realistic predictions.

Yes, I think there is a chance for bitcoin reaching up to $20,000 in this month of January, if not then I don't think it will exceed the February. There is still huge demand for bitcoin, but the only problem with the bitcoin transaction problem which lead to paying high transaction fee and experiencing very slow transactions.
