Bittrex Problems please help

On 12/23/17 I purchase 280 PAY (TenX) on bittrex using BTC. The high on that day for PAY was $4.25 usd which is .00025314

Bittrex shows my buy order of 280 shares at .000393 BTC ($6.60). They will not respond to any support tickets.
How is this even possible for this to occur? The all time high for PAY is no where near the price my order went through at. Can someone please help me? Anything response is greatly appreciated.
