Cancel buy and wait?

Hello guys! I just joined, I had a horrible timing to invest: Two days ago I saw bitcoin went down from 19k to 17k, so I thought it was a good opportunity to start investing! I made a US$1500 buy and got 0.08158148 BTC. Now price went down really quickly, so I am thinking: Is it a good idea to call to my bank and cancel the transaction? Since two days have passed I have the legal right to do it, and maybe later (after some reading I expect BTC to get ~10k) buy again.
Does this make sense?

i think it is good to to hold your current amount and wait for the right time to buy again the bitcoin and altcoin it is not good because the price is already very high and we can't ignore the importance of bitcoin it is really profitable for us and those who want to invest there amount i would like to suggest bitcoin for the profitable investment and we will be the wise and timely manage the use of money. bitcoin is the good source of income for me.
