HitBTC pending widrawal !

Yesterday, thursday 21 at night I make widrawal on HitBTC. But there is no respon. Firs I widrawal ETH, can not. and I change to BTC, and the status ... bla bla bla it means PENDING. I read at the above dashboard HitBTC, that HitBTC will hardfork BTC, is it True? ok

3 days ago I made a btc withdrawal from hitbtc, but after 1 day just got into my wallet. I think there is no up to date information about hardfork btc. have you made a complaint ticket to the hitbtc support team?
