Description of the project ICO "Quantum Dots" from the company IQDEMY
Preamble: Our company IQDEMY http://iqdemy.ch is preparing one of the divisions to enter the ICO. We work in the real sector and produce industrial printing equipment. One of our chemical units has technical capabilities for implementing a blockchain-project using Quantum Dots of our own production. We decided that we should share this with the community, we will be happy with any opinion.

As the company's products, there will be created chemical compositions with QD to produce consumer electronics, medical biomarkers, plant growth biostimulators and other areas in which the use of QD improves product indices and/or opens new technological and methodological possibilities.
Within the framework of the enterprise, a system of block-network verification of originality of consumer goods, studying consumer behavior and protection against counterfeit will be created with the use of innovative QQR codes based on Quantum Dots.
Quantum dot (QD) is an artificially synthesized nano-crystal semiconductor with the size from 2 to 10 nanometers. Depending on the size, QD is able to glow in different colors. Due to its particular properties and capabilities of the QD synthesis with the use of different chemical elements, scientists have found to these nano-particles more and more applications, and they predict unprecedented useful features not only in the field of future technologies, but also in the familiar world of things.

In 2008, we turned to the technology of Quantum Dots (QD), which is already successfully used in the ink production. However, these particles are used in different industries: the production of displays, solar energy, agro-industry and medicine. Every year the demand for this material is growing and more and more successful products are produced using Quantum Dots.
In 2017 IQDEMY decided to scale chemical production and open a line for synthesizing Quantum Dots to cover the growing demand for technology at a quick rate. This is a complicated process, complex equipment and a qualified workforce involvement.
ICO is a breakthrough modern tool of international co-financing, which is also at the forefront of the development of modern IT and financial technologies, which we want to use to raise additional funds for this IQDEMY project.
The project output:1. Synthesis of Quantum Dots based on Cadmium, India, Zinc, Copper or Lead for various tasks and consumables
2. Protective ink, solutions for displays, biomarkers, etc.
3. Blockchain system for the protection of product’s originality
4. QQR codes using QDs for protection
5. Equipment for analyzing the quantum peak of a QD

Public activity of the "Quantum Dots" consists of:
- Photo and video information about the work of the company
- Open (available only to Token Holders) data on purchased production and laboratory equipment, raw materials, volumes of production, sales; daily updated information about the volume of customer orders, product details.
- Public information about marketing activities. All our exhibitions, meetings with clients, results of negotiations will be available to each investor in order to evaluate our achievements.
- Roadmap of the project and production pipelines. investors will always be in sight of our plans to assess how well we manage and how efficiently we spend the invested funds.
ICO and its details The public financing of the project will be held in two stages. At the first stage, the scaling of production capacities of the current production located in Russia (Novosibirsk) will be financed. During the technical preparation of production capacities will be held the second stage of the ICO about the pre-sale of tags with quantum dots for a blockchain of the verification of goods and the stimulation of consumer loyalty.
Stage 1. Public financing of Quantum dots production project. The Token is equivalent to 1 gram of the produced basic Quantum Dots material. The token is provided with a product that can be exchanged for an appropriate quantity of QD at the request of the owner.
The total number of tokens is limited to 310,000.
The stated goal of the ICO is 16,000,000 euros.
The sale of tokens will be performed by queues with a variable price:

The duration of the ICO is 30 days.
From the moment the company entered the production volumes of QD declared in the Bioprinting, and as orders for synthesis are received from customers, the Tokens will be purchased from investors at a fixed price for 1 gram of QD (100 evro/ gram).
Sale (reverse buy-out) of the token is the Investor's right, and not an obligation. To carry out the sale of Token, the Investor must indicate the corresponding state in the personal cabinet of the System. In the case where the supply of tokens exceeds the demand, the tokens are repaid in the order of the order receipt.
The Token buy-back rate from the Investor for ETH is calculated on the basis of the ETH / EUR rate at the moment of the transaction.
Stage 2. Public pre-sale of labels on Quantum Dots The token is a unique code in the IQDEMY blockchain system. For each token a unique quantum QQR-tag will be released. The turnover of the label will be in accordance with the attached diagram.

Brief description of the Blockchain block: The global counterfeits market amounted $1.5 trillion in 2015. This is the money lost by the original manufacturers of all kinds of industries – from pharmaceuticals to fashion industry. Surprisingly, but till nowadays the market has not been provided with any win-win option for the protection of the product and brand. The IQDEMY holding company can already offer unprecedented protection solution for all, on what it is possible to print.
Quantum dots of different colors are included in a special ink composition that can be aqueous of UV and that gives the ability to print on any material. By mixing shades, we have a unique color code, which, when using only 4 colors, produces 4.3 billion variants. With the fact that it is not about usual computing and chemical color code, it is not possible to fake it. Moreover, IQDEMY created mechanism in which the color code is not known for the laboratory itself. With the adaptive custom solutions only customer can reproduce this code. Reading of code and verification of origin can be made with special equipment and mechanisms with free acess.
In the field of security printing Quantum Dots are superior in many aspects to their competitors – luminophores:
- Work in a wide range (from UV to infrared)
- A large quantum yield up to 95% (efficiency of light)
- Can withstand higher temperature
- Narrow luminescence peaks from 25 to 40 nanometers
- Validity period of QDs is 10 to 100 times longer
- Inks with QDs can be transparent
- Photostable (do not change the color)
The manufacturer, wishing to protect the originality of its product, check the tracking of the product against reimport and / or use the system of increasing consumer loyalty, places labels on its products with QQR-codes.
The manufacturer can do this either directly on the product with combination of a printing system and IQDEMY ink, or order from IQDEMY preprinted labels, activate and put them into the packaging of the goods.
At different stages of the product movement (exporter, importer, distributor, dealer, retail chain) QQR tags are scanned by a compact spectrophotometer and all information transfers to a blockchain-BD.
As the result, the label is scanned by the retail chain and the buyer, verifying the entire transaction, as well as all verified information on the purchased product. Depending on the loyalty options, the buyer receives a bonus from Manufacturer in Crypto currency or a gift.

Jurisdiction The ICO will be conducted in Switzerland using KYC, the Consulting conclusions and under the Banking Supervision conclusions of Switzerland.
IQDEMY already has a legal entity and a bank account with Credit Suisse Bank in Switzerland.
The enterprise is located and will be expanded using funds raised through ICO in Novosibirsk City, Russia. The legal entity in Russia is fully affiliated with a foreign Swiss company.
