Cryptopia XEM withdrawal not showing in my wallet . Support ticket #148956

I withdraw my NEM coins 2 days ago from Cryptopia to my NEM nano wallet, status  says complete still not showed up .
 raised a ticket with support still waiting, ticket (#148956 - General - nem withdrawal)

the only thing I might of done wrong is I just copied and pasted my NEM wallet address as it is displayed above with dashes, and even with the colon at the end of the address.

is there anything I can do? if I didn't remove the dashes surely the transaction bounce back or gets dropped from the system.

any guys from Cryptopia that can help

Move this to Exchanges

At the bottom left you can see Move Topic and press that to move the topic to the right section. Regards to your concern you have to wait until a cryptopia support gets your ticket.
