I need assistance for stuck transaction on Changelly

Hi, I need some help on a exchange for xmr using Changelly. It is really really slow right now and I am worried that the transaction has failed or something but I sent them the btc in exchange for xmr.

It has been like 10-20 hours. The hash isn't even showing up on the blockchain or I have a Status: 0/unconfirmed, in memory pool.

Any help would be great. Thank you.

I am having the same problem i exchanged 39 ether classic for btg through changelly and the transaction was accepted but their processing is stuck at exchanging for the 4th hour now...
