Right now there are no such restrictions. Anyone can join the project regardless of his geographical location.

If there is minimum of $10 deposit, how do you know how much btc, ltc, or dash do you need to transfer in your ore-vest account? Is this calculated based on the current market prices? How about the tokens that you will list in your exchange, how do you assess the value of those tokens?

There is a calculator inside. You can use it to calculate the amount of btc in usd.There is a market list as well. We have planning to add currencies and tokens from users as well.
