This is really the problem a thousands of unconfirmed transactions daily. It always happen when btc price increases that until no resolution on this problem. I always looked on the updates,  maybe the point is when the demand is higher the fees are also expensive.

Oh man, this is exactly the case. Bitcoin went from a bubble punching bag by the mainstream media into investment sensation seemingly overnight. I mean, a few months ago predicting 10k by year end was extremely bullish. We've shattered that and are still way above it.

We could say this is a good problem to have, but it really isn't. Bitcoin could reverse its good reputation just as quick as it already did, which may turn off people for good. I really hope core implements a solution as soon as possible. It doesn't even have to be a long term one, just a band aid to get us through this will do.

User need to pay a fee to open LN channel and he need to pay a fee to close LN channel.

A band aid is still not the solution to our problem with those transaction that has been for days, they should have increase the block size months ago so that the network can handle massive transaction, but they keep fighting over it and bitcoin cash was created, if this will continue in 3 more months might as well leave the boat and find a good ride.
