there is only one way if you provide the proof of the transaction to the both exchanges i think it will good for you and don't lose patience they will give you the response may they have their own policies through which they can resolve your problem. just send them the proof of that transaction may you can take the pics of that communication and you just send them in personal message.

I sent my bitcoins (BTC - Exchange from Brasil) to the wrong wallet (BCH - Poloniex).

I got in touch with both on 12/18/2017 but until now I have no return.

i don't really think if they send back your bitcoin because the possibility is depend to the owner of wallet do you got to send or the chance for the send back is low so that problem is have a low chance to solve.

Be carefull with your transactions guys. These are things that are irreversible. Check your transactions twice, three times, how many times you need to check. I blieve that there are too many lost coins like this.

i think its have a low chance to get back your bitcoin for sending to a wrong wallet so its hard to solve that problem you only  need to do is to try to pm the wallet owner if you know who is her or he to back your bitcoin i know that you is regreting for that but that problem is difficult to solve.

big problem with BTC is this problem. when make wrong you lost your funds.

if it’s not confirmed reduce fee will rejected

Poloniex Also Can Send Your Money Back
Since They Have Access To Both BTC And BACH Address Where You Sent Your BCH
But I Think They Won't Sent You Back Of The Value Is Small

Good luck with that pal. But I really don't think that you will still be able to get that back. Only a miracle can get you your bitcoins back. Because i too have done the same and after a few weeks, i still haven't gotten any reaponse. So i just gave up. I know this is the last thing you wanna hear right now but you are as careless as fck. Just like me. So at least learn from this and like me, be careful with addresses next time.
