what are your thoughts on a creation of a insurance security fund. for crypto investors?
right now there is nothing to do to claim loss
from fraud or a bad transaction or a hacked account
i know this be hard to do but a system or program
where people pay into and also send recording s of money they have invested in crypto

Would never work as how would you detect fraud?

I just send my coins to another address and tell you I was hacked.
