Coinsecure INR deposit issue.

I have deposited INR in coinsecure from an account which is not linked with my coin secure account. Now I was not aware that they have removed the option of opening deposit request if the deposit is not made from the bank which is not linked with my coin secure account. I. They are not replying on their fb or twitter account. What should I do?

Had a chat with them on fb as their customer care in not available on Sundays. They said that they will handle the issue but they don't do deposits on sunday. I had deposited the money yesterday evening through IMPS. What is the benifit of IMPS if the transfer is not instant. I am gonna miss out on cheap btc's.

I have never use the wallet as an Indian other than Zebpay. Because there is a thought of insecurity that my funds will be gone out. Also in India, till Bitcoin is not fully legal. But, I have the account in all the wallet that is available in India. I choose Zebpay for my transaction instead of Coinsecure because of price edge. Coinsecure has also great user interface and supported various currency with trading instantly.

Well Coinsecure has peer to peer trading , but Zebpay deposit and withdrawal fast . I hope Benson will improve CS deposit and withdrawal process a bit faster in near future which CS has before . But both of these exchanges need to offer multiple Crypto and that would be awesome addition to their business and also good for us
