You are not alone, there was someone else complaining about a five month wait on reddit. He started that thread two months ago and hasn't said the problem's resolved yet.

I think they just fired all their support stuff, they are not reporting to old tickets at all (see my timeline here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2132250.msg27094531#msg27094531)
I hope it's not another exchange that is going down...
