Make sure you don't reply back to the email from Shapeshift acknowledging your support ticket. It would cause that ticket to go back to the end of the queue. This is a feature of the support service from ShapeShift. Don't ask me why, I have not figured out why they do that.

ShapeShift replied to my inquiry stating that they'll get back to me around 12/25 on my support ticket. That makes it about 7 days SLA for ShapeShift to get to a support ticket. I suspect it's because of the holiday season with people taking time off, so they probably have less capacity t handle the demand of support tickets.
