transaction without confirmation help four days and nothing

Hello, I made a withdrawal request on 19/12/2017 and it's been four days with no confirmation on the bitcoin network, I wanted to know what I can do, please help me if anyone can take a look at the hash of the transaction! Did I lose my satoshis?

ola, realizei um pedido de retirada da hashnest dia 19/12/2017 e ja faz quatro dias sem confirmação na rede bitcoin, queria saber o que posso fazer , me ajudem porfavor quem puder dar uma olhada no hash da transação! será que perdi meus satoshis?

You didn't lose the satoshis but because the fee is super low it would be placed at the back of the transactions to confirm. Miners are going to go for ones with highest fee, don't know how long it will take to go through but it will happen one day that much I am sure of.
