Can I get the coins back? Zapwallettxes

So I decided to ask the community for help.
I transfered bitcoins from blockchain.info wallet to changelly.com to change them to BCH. I chose the minimum fee suggested by the blockchain.info.
Now 3 days passed and the coins stuck and unconfirmed. Changelly.com says that they didn't receive the bitcoins and closed the order with an "overdue" message.
I read horrible stories about coins transfered to changelly.com and disappeared afterwards as the system doesn't wait for incoming coins anymore.
So how can I make this situation work?
What happens if I import my wallet to bitcoin qt and the bird then use zapwallettxes? I understand that the transaction will disappear if network has forgotten about the transaction. What I don't understand is that will the coins come back to my wallet if I use the zapwallettxes and the netwrok has already forgotten about the transaction or will the coins disappear too?
I have already used accelerators without success. Does anyone have experience with changelly.com.
This is a sad situation for me, my fault or not, I am asking the community for help to get the best out of this situation.
