bter.com Sucks! Won't respond to support emails.

I've been emailing bter.com for 5 days regarding my balances which are stuck on their exchange, but they have not replied even once.

Every time I go to withdraw I get a non-descript error.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of abysmal customer support?

I've made 3 NXT deposits to BTER:

But after 24 hours, only 2 are there:

So 51000 are missing (transfer has 500 confirmations).

Beware before you trade there, your NXT will disappear!

Support does not respond.

I second this be very wary of transfers to BTER.  I moved doge there over a week ago and support only will send the initial request for more info email even though I have sent all required info 4 times..
