Is there any website, which allows to choose few exchanges like Poloniex and Cryptopia and see all those exchanges Bitcoin price chart in one chart or show multiple small charts which can fit to one browser window so each can be seen same time?

You have either BitcoinWisdom or BitcoinCharts. The supported exchanges are usually the most known and reputable so It's possible that you won't find them all.

Thanks. Can't figure out how to change settings in those two sites to get multiple exchanges Bitcoin price to one chart.

I thought you were looking for multiple price sources to make a comparison. If want the average from all exchanges then use CoinMarketCap.

I'd like to add if you click on  the "Pair" column you can further organize the exchanges by the fiat or coin pair. For example to see the btc/usd value per exchange but you do have to scroll down a bit.

http://cryptrader.com/ may be what you are looking for. I used to use it and I like how it works when it does (sometimes, rarely, it has bad days too).

TradingView allows up to eight panes for different charts in one screen, so you can watch up to eight assets or markets at once. I find this useful for measuring relative strength among the West vs. Korea vs. Japan.

They support the major BTC exchanges and some altcoin exchanges like Poloniex and Bittrex. But they don't support smaller exchanges like Cryptopia. You need a standard Pro account for multi-pane charts, which costs somewhere in the ballpark of $10-15 a month, depending what package you buy.
