Poloniex Frozen Account Problem

Hello there, I want to confirm my account, it gives an error: "You have reached the maximum allowed number of failed verification attempts." Trying with another computer, another scanner and camera, it gives an error again. Poloniex is not answering for 1 month, please help me. I can not confirm my account ... mail: diemci34@gmail.com

They are not going to answer the support tickets, i have one that i created on August, and they never replied to it, the same is happening on bittrex too.
But aren't you able to withdraw money? Do you have money in there? that is really preocupant.

But at least give you some relax man, you can still withdraw money, dont panic yourself, the worst thing that could happen to you is just have your account locked and without being able to withdraw that money.
Withdraw that money within 13 days, where is the problem with that?

He wants to charge 0.0005BTC for each shot.

Again, i dont see any problem with that 0.0005 is NOTHING compared to the actual fees for sending payments, actually, it is the most cheaper exchange in terms of fees, bittrex is charging 0.001 for fees (about $15) And poloniex is just charging $7 for that.

What do you prefer, losing all your money or paying $7 to recover $2000 per day?

That is the very main and common concern issue with Poloniex. Their support is terrible. Good thing they already removed their troll box so their support can focus to resolve more important issues than chasing the scumbags in the chat.  Another thing, they need to increase their support team to handle their growing number of traders.
