so basically account got froze last night, tried contact on twitter, tried support tickets on their site but no reply

any1 else been through this recently? would love to know your situation

think it might be due to posting in the chat box telling people to buy a crypto

just hope it unfreezes my account as well

If you search by key words "YoBit, account frozen" you can find dozens of users ask same question, but how far I've been able to see there is no successful cases when account is unfrozen. Maybe you are just limited to use chat and some other functions, as you stated there is time when your ban regarding chat will expire so maybe you can get your answer on chat.

In the meantime you can only wait to get a response from their support and also read YoBit Rules&Regulations

You are unable to chat until that time for this day and it's because you are shilling that much. Next time, don't shill too much and probably the chat moderator is annoyed with what you are chatting so he did an action.

Yobit won't reply on their twitter AFAIK. Let the time pass and let us know if your account has been back to normal on May 28 just to be sure.

Too much shilling would really result into this kind of ban or restriction into their chat and this would really serve as a lesson learn for OP, You cant pay somebody since no one would really able to help you out with these restriction but only Yobit itself. Just wait up for the said duration of the ban or restriction and as being said every would goes fine and on next time better not to do things which would really be bad on moderators eyes or else you would already know on what would happen.

I think that he learnt the lesson already that too much shilling will cause his account harm and won't be able to access it for a specific period of time.

@casalesUK do you have any update on how's your account doing now? You forgot already to update us though it's not your duty of reporting if your account is already fine and working.

I'm curious if you managed to get it back on time.
