Hello chaps,

I have been mining Primecoin for just a little more than a week now, and I am making a killing.  It helps to have access to a lot of wasted CPU potential (in my case a few VMWare servers idling around).  But I have also started enslaving office PC's that are not used at night.  Those coins add up fast!

Also - I am hoping that this first post will 'pop my posting cherry' so that I can actually throw some comments into the other threads.  I know that this policy is just trying to weed out stupid spammers and other annoyances.

With love.

Welcome to the forum! I try to avoid making posts that are nothing but links to my site, but since you say you're trying to get the hang of Bitcoins, you may want to check it out: http://www.bit-buddy.com. My intent is to provide a get-started-from-scratch guide for beginners.

You'll also find that there are quite a few people keeping a helpful eye on the Newbie board, so this is a good place to post any questions you have.  Smiley

Welcome to Bitcointalk!  I'm not exactly a veteran myself, guess we're pretty much in the same house Wink

If you need any help feel free to ask in this section!

P.S. never heard of primecoin. Is it good and growing?
