My problem is that 140 days are not supported. First ticket : #443679 last : #549026
  I have lost the device and I have no recovery code, I sent the ticket so far is 142 days I am not supported , I'm really disappointed in a top exchange ratings  . I look forward to supporting my problems for me to continue the work

140 days??!! Are you crazy? Im sorry bro, poloniex is not scam but at these days poloniexs support is not working good. Hope you get your money back Sad

140 days??!! Are you crazy? Im sorry bro, poloniex is not scam but at these days poloniexs support is not working good. Hope you get your money back Sad

Sad to hear out your situation on here but you are not the only who do experience this delay. As being said they are not totally a scam but the issues is keep on risen regarding on these kind of situations. Their support is becoming shitty unlike on those early years of their service. For now you cant do nothing since no one could able to help you. If you did able to send support ticket then its better to send once in a while because I have seen you do only send once and its 140 days passed. Better to send even more.

If you do tend to send 2-3 tickets on a single day then it would really be considered as spam and would really add up on those emails in queue which would really make more delay when their support tends to check it out. I have done this before when my withdrawal is still pending for 1 week. In your case this is too much because 140 days isn't really a simple thing not to worry about. Maybe send twice or thrice a week would be just fine.
