Avalon Batch 3# got tracking number but still nothing on DHL site

Who else have the same problem?
I have recived tracking number on saturday 4.8.2013. on email for batch 3# Feb. 18 order...
have called DHL to check nothing to the present, I also check on my name in DHL still nothing...
Also open ticket on Avalon's Bitsyncom support and send Bitsyncom PP... My ticket ID: 1468
Avalon team react, I think I'm not the only one.... Track the unit, investigate, send another if you haven't sent at all.
