is there a crypto converter that can do conversions from say iota to eth to usd?

for example if i bought 44 iota how much is that in USD(I know its fluctuating) I searched for a 3 way converter couldnt find anything?

having a hard time trying to convert it and would like to be able to do it fast with a converter any help is appreciated!

Which brings me to a 2nd question is there a converter that allows you to choose which exchange your on so you get accurate conversions?
