Investing 100% of portfolio in sub-$1Bn marketcap altcoins

Is it a good idea to put 100% of my portfolio in altcoins with a marketcap if less than $1 billion? These coins have the biggest room to grow and therefore seem to offer the highest potential ROI. For example, it is much easier for a new, up-and-coming altcoins to grow 10x - 100x than it is for the likes of Bitcoin and Ethereum to do so.
