One of the best ways to get bitcoins would be to use bank transfer ad that would include using cards. There are other options, but bank transfer is preferred.

I think crypto trading is a perfect alternative for VISA / MASTER payment cards. There are already so many services around the world that accept crypto coins to pay for services, which are showing the current payment trend. I think that in the near future the currency algorithm will replace the traditional type of payment. I am sure so because of what is happening now.

I'm not really familiar with how VISA/MasterCard work, but I'd like to know if there's a way to use them and pay in bitcoin or any other crypto currency. My main interest is paying for exams/application fees for my post graduate studies, so small limit on account transactions aren't a big problem.

you can use bitcoin as prepaid visa cards and many companies do this we have many chooses to use our bitcoins more than was in 2015.
limit on account isnot problem because you can get many cards and you can buy it without need to pay taxes
proble, with it is the fees you can pay about 3% of fees which is big than bticoin pay,
these cards are fast and you can do it with 10 min or less.
