Transaction stuck for about 3 Weeks

Hello, i am very new to Bitcoin.

I have done a Bitcoin Transaction - but it seems like it has too low fees (11€ Transaction and 0.25€ Fees)

The Transaction ID is this: 5a31ccc98a5e8c44e3ad511cc5bc5764a925213037039c818179d2789a48d7e5 , and its almost stuck for 3 Weeks.

I have used Blockchain Wallet.

Can anyone help me with this? I dont know what to do.

download electrum > restore from seed > i already hv seed > bib3X put seed restor , Then send money to another address with normal fee .

You sent 5.666 sat/B as fees which is very small. You'll be waiting a very long time for this to confirm. I don't think I've seen such a low fee before. You arn't going to find many miners/free services willing to help you out due to the small fee.

I would suggest contacting a paid accelerator service if you need it to be confirmed.

Looks like your transaction was rejected and i can't even check in other bitcoin explorer..
Better to check this again in your wallet and you can send it again but make sure to increase the fee base on the default fee given from https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/
Just always use the default fee so that your transaction will not stuck too long..

There's no one that can help you out here and if you are in need of that amount immediately then you must pay for the right fee.

You paid too low so don't expect miners will just put it on their first priority, next time don't pay that low and don't regret to pay suggested fee so that you won't have inconvenient transaction.

In bitcoin core folder I make a .bat file:

bitcoin-qt.exe -walletbroadcast=0  

Then start Bitcoin Core wallet with the .bat file.

Then I can delete or stop the transaction in the transaction history and the BTC is returned within a few seconds.

You can try this accelerator but i don't know if this is still working or not because i heard that all free accelerator are disabled but i just wanted to share this and maybe it can accelerate your transaction here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1951859.0

If you can't wait and wanted to accelerate it fast you can use the paid version..

This is only work for bitcoin core but they are using blockchain wallet or online wallet..  But hoping this method could be also work in electrum wallet..
