In academy many papers and conferences are proposing/discussing new self-organized societal governance methods... e-Anarchy? Liquid Democracy?  Non-Bureaucracy Government?

Do you think we are ready (or getting there) for this?  What is the role of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general in this efforts?
