I have recentlu verified on bittrex and start some trading.
Because BTC is main coin for buy others I have converted arround 0.2 ETH to BTC in ordfer to buy some other coins?
After this transaction I lose all my ETH and didn't receive any BTC. Conversion  cost/fee was higher than actual value?

Here is the screen shot of completed order: https://i.imgur.com/97YGUCK.png

Any idea what is going o here?

It seems that you sold your ETH in USDT market and not in BTC. In the image you provided, it's clear that the market is USDT-ETH, which means you sold 0.20632300 ETH in exchange of USDT at the rate of 723.51916068. If you check your Balance, you'll see 148.90544718 USDT and 0 BTC. BTC-ETH is the correct market if you want to get BTC from your ETH

PS. If you want to exchange your USDT to BTC proceed to USDT-BTC market
