I am setting up a mining operation with 1,000 Antminer s9 with 1,500W. Each has a 200 CFM fan. I figured out at 4.6 c /Kw power costs, the total power costs per month is $52K per month. I am trying to figure out or estimate the cooling costs. How do I do that?

I have read that in a data center in general 30-40% of total power consumption is in cooling. Can I extrapolate and use that to estimate the cooling costs for the cofiguration.

I was advised that use of 40 Variable Speed Fans costing about $895 each and  Chiller costing $27,000 would suffice? How do I estimate the energy consumption for such configuration to come up with a monthly estimate of costs.

2.7 million dollars worth of hardware and you have no clue how it runs? There is so much more to running a datacenter like this than you seem to understand. There are also a number of large supporting costs and it sounds like you havent looked into any of that yet either.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
