That mean, lots of participant then less reward and less participant then lots of rewards.

The bounty in the gift can be interpreted as a place for us to pay, 1 bet can not mean how much we make because it is only part of what we will get.
example:
(Total number of tokens for Campaign participants you participate in / total sum of all campaigner stake) Member stakes

for example: (720 000/10 000) * 135 = 9 720 coins

Lets say you joined a bounty campaign and the rate for your rank is 10 stakes per week and the bounty will last for 8 weeks. To calculate how much token or coin you will get use this formula. Token per stake = total tokens that the campaign will be distrubuted / number of participants of bounty campaign. For example there are 100k total tokens to distribute and there are total of 50 participants. 100000/50= you will get 2000 per stake. Now multiply it with the total stakes that you will get (10 stakes per week*8 weeks = 80 your total stakes).  2000 stakes per token*80 your total stakes= 160000 total coins you will get from bounty campaign.

exactly what you write above, if I think it is the job of the managers, so you do not need to be confused about the solution given about counting the number of stakeholders

Maybe like this, it sounds like you're just joking about asking a question like that Grin
for example there is a signature campaign with a total of the bounty that is counted 1000 coins, and who joined 3 people with full member rank, hero member, legendary and it only runs 1 week
so
full member 2 stake
hero member 4 stake
legendary 5 stake
so a total of 11 stake from here to calculate the results you get it
full member 2/11 x 1000 = 181
hero member 4/11 x 1000 = 363
legendary 5/11 x 1000 = 454

Stake is not like another coin, it is actually a percentage of hiw much you will get from the alloted fund of the campaign. That would mean, if there were larger number of participants there were be lesser reward you will get. Stakes are mostly offered for a bounty campaign, instead of paying in Certain amount of token or coin youll be paid according to the number of participants and the work you have done. Sometimes there were manager who is willing to pay your stakes according to the negotiation you will make.

Sometimes the number of coins you have will be announce after the campaign. Bounties offer greater reward than weekly campaign which offers bitcoin, its just that you will be needing to wait for a long period of time to get rewarded. Its takes time but absolutely worth it. Just be sure you are in the right campaign.

The stakes are not altcoin.
In general, these new ico project will take out one percent of tokens to reward, and then according to the all participants get all bets tokens to split the reward, so this is how much of each stake= token.

Stake is the your share in total bounty amount, if you have 10 stake out of 1000 stake. Then you will get 1% of the tokens allocated to that bounty.

You will get a 'stake per token' section at the bottom of the table that will indicate stake per (crypto). Then you can calculate the actual value of the stake easily. Different stake set ups may look different (15,30,50,80) or (1,2,3,4,5) but the volume of tokens will normally be the same .

To evaluate the real cost of your stakes you need to divide the total reward for the particular type of bounty campaign by the total amount of stakes. So that is how you can find how much 1 stake costs.

Stake calculations vary depend largely on a particular bounty campaign. Some bounty campaigns do give equal stake while some give stakes base on when you registered for the bounty campaign.
